How an order typically runs

  1. 1 · Qualify Path, country, partner or homeowner, drawings or measurements.
  2. 2 · Specify We return a scope note, options, and a quotation window (usually within a few working days of a complete brief).
  3. 3 · Deposit & produce Production starts after agreement and deposit. Lead time depends on path and load — stated on the quote.
  4. 4 · Ship & support Export packing, documents, and install pack. Local erection/install by your team or partner.

Scope boundaries (so expectations stay clean)

Included in a normal Aurinex order

  • Design coordination against your brief
  • Manufacture of the agreed system / module / stair run
  • QC, packing, commercial documents
  • Install drawings and part identification

Usually local (unless contracted)

  • Foundations, crane, and wet trades
  • On-site install labour
  • Planning / building-control applications
  • Final glass units where the quote says “local IGU”

Lookbooks show design direction. Confirmed projects receive a technical pack. Project photography is added as real installs land — we prefer honest process over invented “case studies.”
