Stair systems and balustrades built to the project — renovation upgrades that reclaim floor space, and designer stairs that raise the tone of a new home. Ordered through Aurinex Homes; produced to your drawings and finishes.

We do not push bulk catalogue stock. Overseas demand and each client’s brief drive the run — measurements in, custom system out.

What the market is asking for

A · Refresh the old stair

In the UK and much of Europe, “improve don’t move” keeps renovation spend high. Hallways in terraces and semis are tight; a bulky timber balustrade wastes space and dates the house. Demand sits in:

  • Slim metal / glass upgrades on existing flights
  • Compact / winder / spiral solutions for loft access
  • LED and finish updates that feel like a new interior

Payoff for the owner: more usable hall area, brighter light, higher perceived value — without rebuilding the whole house.

B · Designer stair for new homes

New builds and open-plan extensions want the stair as a feature, not a leftover. Strong 2025–26 trends:

  • Black aluminium + smoked or clear glass
  • Oak + metal mixed material statements
  • Light-luxury single-bar systems (black / grey / white + gold)
  • Classic turned series in modern greys for villa taste

Payoff: the stair sets the taste of the whole home — designers and owners will pay for bespoke finish and geometry.

How we operate

  1. Brief in Photos, floor plan, rise/going, style references, finish choice (or designer drawing).
  2. We specify Aurinex coordinates the system: posts, handrail, balusters / glass, newels, hardware — cut to the project, not a warehouse SKU.
  3. Factory builds Partner manufacturing produces the run to order; QC and export packing under the Aurinex Homes order.
  4. Local install Ship to partner or site; local installer fits. We supply drawings and part lists — not a DIY mass kit business.

Compliance note: stair geometry and guarding must meet local rules (e.g. UK Approved Document K). We design to the brief and mark where local approval is required — especially for space-savers and loft access.
